The homes we build have quality interior features in our Standard Package that other builders charge as an upgrade, such as 3/4" pre-finished solid oak floors, hard-coat plaster walls with rosettes around ceiling light fixtures, 9-foot ceilings, a detailed fireplace mantle with a marble surround, grand stained staircases with over-the-post solid oak railings, minimum 20 recessed lights, eat-in kitchen with center island, tray and cathedral ceilings,  walk-in closets, large Pella windows, Pella front door and Pella 8' tall designer series slider, and Kohler fixtures.

Our luxury master bath standard features include a tile tub surround, a professionally installed sliding glass shower door, Kohler faucets, and a soaking or jet spray tub. 

If you are looking for a quality-built home on a budget, we can discuss ways to reduce costs, like using drywall instead of plaster, installing carpeting on the stairs, building 8' ceilings, and using less brick on the exterior.

Our standard exterior features include a 13-course high or poured foundation, 80% brick with quoins, row locking, and/or soldiering designs, concrete drive, composite decks, and landscaping. 

Exterior options include deck roof and columns with stained pine plank ceiling, a brick mailbox, and a specialty stamped drive.

Our quality interior carpentry upgrades include the following: 6" trim, arched encased openings, columns, cabinet and shelving built-ins, closet systems, shadow boxes, picture frame windows, crown molding, chair rails, judges paneling, and boxed posts.

Thought you'd want to know.  We had the master closet re-done and the guys that did it had very complimentary things to say about our builder.  I guess they see all kinds of walls and work around all kinds of problems but what they thought was going to take them about 4 hours took a little more than 2!  They loved out house.
